Founding Director

Following a 20 year career in Corporate Finance specialising in Mergers & Acquisitions, Kate now work's with business owners, applying her vast knowledge and experience in Business Development and Project Management to maximise business potential and value. Kate work's alongside senior leaders to develop and prepare a business aspiring to achieve the next level of growth.

Growing a business takes both time and investment and getting that balance right has a heavy reliance on owner managers who might not have the skills or time to execute it. With her guidance and knowledge, she take's business owners through a process to help them understand what is required to implement their vision, strategy or growth aspirations.

Many business owners she has worked with often have a lack of experience or resource capacity to focus on key business functions to drive sustainable change.
